Steamed broccoli salad with a spicy chili and ginger dressing.

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 100°C and turn on the steam program.

  2. Divide the broccoli into smaller pieces and steam them in a perforated tray for about 3 minutes. Let the broccoli to cool completely.

  3. Cut the scallions or leek into strips and add them and the spinach to the broccoli.

  4. Mix the Chili Ginger spice blend with water, soy sauce, and canola oil.

  5. Top the salad with the dressing and sunflower seeds.
