Spicy chicken bowl with chili mayo and a cucumber salad.

How to prepare
Set the oven to 175°C.
Mix chicken with chili flakes and water. Then put it on a baking sheet and pour the remaining marinade over the chicken.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes before you pull the chicken apart and mix it with the marinade to make it juicy.
Serve with rice,
cucumber salad and a chili mayo.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let it rest for a while before serving to make the flavours come out.
