Aubergine- och getoststacos med sweet chili sauce

Aubergine and Goat Cheese Taco 

Vegetarian taco with aubergine, goat cheese and sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients

Number of portions
  • 2 kg aubergine

  • 150 g red bell pepper

  • 250 g goat cheese

  • 10 Santa Maria Taco Shells

  • 50 g Santa Maria Taco Spice Mix

  • 300 ml Santa Maria Salsa

  • 300 ml Santa Maria Sweet Chili Sauce

  • Olive Oil

  • Fresh coriander

How to prepare

  1. Cut aubergine and peppers into small pieces and season with the spice mix.

  2. Fry the veggies in olive oil and put them in taco shells.

  3. Spinkle the goat cheese and put on some salsa.

  4. Finish with a little sweet chili sauce and fresh coriander.
