Avo-Coffee shake

Delightful shake made with smooth avocado slices, espresso and condensed milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 Santa Maria Vanilla Pod

  • 200 g Santa Maria Frozen Avocado slices

  • 10 espresso shots

  • 800 g sweetened condensed milk

  • 30 ice cubes

  • 2 pinches of salt

  • 25 g dark chocolate, grated

How to prepare

  1. Split the vanilla pod down the middle and scrape out all the seeds.

  2. Add all the ingredients, except the salt, to a blender. Blend to a smooth consistency.

  3. Add the salt and blend for another few seconds.

  4. Serve the coffee drink in an ice cold glas.

  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of grated chocolate, fresh berries and/or whipped cream.

Tip!

Try churning the mix in an ice-cream machine for a delicious Avo-Coffee Ice Cream. Store in the freezer at max. -8°C.
