Fresh taco take with battered fish, smooth mayo crispy cabbage salad and tangy lime.

How to prepare
Start with the cabbage salad. Shred red cabbage thinly and add pickling spice mix.
Cut the mango into small pieces.
Slice avocado into thin pieces.
Mix mayo with chipotle paste.
Cut the fish into 2x2 cm. Beat the eggs in a bowl. Coat the fish first in eggs then in Santa Maria Crispy Bites.
Deep fry the fish and season with chili explosion just when they have finished deep frying.
Fill the tortilla bread with red cabbage salad, avocado slices, deep-fried fish, chopped spring onions and chili mayo.
Tip! For vegetarian alternative, you can use canned artichoke heart instead.
