Baked Taco Fish

White fish in a creamy sauce with classic taco flavours.

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.

  2. Sprinkle a layer of leek on the bottom of a deep oven tray.

  3. Arrange the fish blocks on top of the leeks.

  4. Mix cream, water, Taco sauce, fish stock, and the starch together, then pour the mixture over the fish.

  5. Bake the fish in the oven for approximately 20 minutes.

  6. Serve the fish with boiled potatoes and steamed green peas.
