Battered Cauliflower with Salsa

Crispy cauliflower florets served with crème fraiche dressing and umami-rich tomato salsa.

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°C.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into approximately 3x3 cm pieces.

  3. Place the cauliflower in a bowl, add oil and the crispy bite seasoning. It might need plenty of oil for the seasoning to stick to the surface.

  4. Distribute the well-seasoned cauliflower florets on a greased oven tray.

  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes, until the cauliflower has a nice golden color and is cooked through.

  6. Serve the cauliflower with salsa and crème fraiche.

  7. Garnish with spring onion, coriander and lime wedges.

Tips! These florets are nice to serve wrapped in warm tortillas with extra salad.
