Broccoli Florets

Deep-fried florets with a pleasant bite from wasabi.

Ingredients

Number of portions
  • 500 g bellaverde broccoli

  • 150 ml greek yoghurt

  • 200 ml panko breading

  • 2 tbsp Santa Maria Wasabi Sesame

  • Rapeseed oil for deep-frying

How to prepare

  1. Heat some oil in a pan or a deep fryer.

  2. Rinse and dry the broccoli.

  3. Put Greek yoghurt in one bowl and panko breading together with Wasabi Sesame in another one.

  4. Dip each broccoli floret in yoghurt and then in breading.

  5. Fry until golden and crispy.
