How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 225°C.

  2. Parboil the broccoli bouquets for 30 second, then rinse it in cold water.

  3. Place the chickpeas on an oven tray and roast them in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.

  4. Arrange all salad ingredients neatly in portion bowls, then garnish with pumpkin seeds.

  5. Serve the bowls with salsa verde.
