Catch of the Day Tom Kha

Creamy Tom Kha made with fish and pak choi.

How to prepare

  1. Preheat the oven to 120°C.

  2. Mix water, coconut cream, and spice mix in a saucepan or pot. Bring to a boil and stir well. You can use an immersion blender to get a smooth sauce.

  3. Prepare a baking dish with leek, corn, pak choi and mushrooms at the bottom.

  4. Place the fish pieces on top. Lightly sprinkle salt over the fish.

  5. Pour the coconut sauce mixture over the fish and vegetables.

  6. Bake in the oven at 120°C for approximately 20 minutes and make sure the fish is fully cooked.
