Cauliflower Curry

Spicy and creamy curry with cauliflower, ginger and garlic.

How to prepare

  1. Set the oven to 200°C.

  2. Put the cauliflower in a gastro tray and pour oil over it.

  3. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, until the cauliflower softens and turns a bit golden. Fry the onion with ginger, garlic and oil in a pot. Add tomato puree and chili flakes. Then add pureed tomatoes and water.

  4. Let it all cook for 20 minutes. Pour cream and sugar into the pot and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the roasted cauliflower and let it cook for a few more minutes.

  5. Serve with bulgur and salad.
