How to prepare

  1. Sauté the onions in oil.

  2. Add the other vegetables and seasoning.

  3. Let simmer for a while, then add the salsa and water.

  4. Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.

  5. Finish with chopped coriander.

For serving:

  1. Cook the rice until done.

  2. Serve with crème fraîche and tortillas.
