How to prepare
Sauté the onions in oil.
Add the other vegetables and seasoning.
Let simmer for a while, then add the salsa and water.
Cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Finish with chopped coriander.
For serving:
Cook the rice until done.
Serve with crème fraîche and tortillas.
