Christmas Tazza
Ingredients

4 cl of Tazza cocoa concentrate
200 ml of frothed milk
1 teaspoon of Santa Maria cardamom
1 teaspoon of Santa Maria cinnamon
For garnish:
Gingerbread cookies
How to prepare
Mix the Tazza cocoa concentrate and spices in the bottom of a cup. Pour lightly frothed milk on top. If you are using the Tazza machine, you can make the drink by measuring the spices into the cup and pouring the drink over the spices. Mix before serving.
Garnish with gingerbread and gingerbread crumbs.
