Double Chocolate & Chili Brownie
Rich chocolate cake perfect for coffee breaks or desserts. Serve with cocoa and chili flavoured whipped cream.

How to prepare
Set the oven for 175°C. Butter and bread a small oven tray (20x30 cm).
Mix butter and sugar to make it fluffy.
Add the eggs, one at the time.
Sift flour, cacao, salt, vanilla sugar and Cacao & Chili into the batter. Stir to make it smooth.
Add the chopped pumpkin seeds.
Pour the batter onto the baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
Take the cake out of the oven, add the chopped chocolate and bake for another 5 minutes.
Create a wave pattern with the melted chocolate by using a spatula.
Let the cake cool off and cut it into pieces.
Finish with whipped cacao and chili cream.
