Elote a la Parilla

Elote on the grill

Corn cob on a stick, eaten like a lollipop.

Ingredients

  • 10 skewers

  • 10 lime wedges

  • 10 corn-cobs

  • 2 dl Santa Maria Chipotle Sauce

  • 2 dl parmesan, grated

How to prepare

  1. Put skewers in the cobs and place them on a medium hot grill.

  2. Grill the cobs for about 3 minutes and turn them often in the process.

  3. Distribute the sauce and roll in the parmesan cheese.

  4. Sprinkle with chilli powder and serve with a wedge of lime.
