Fajita Sausage
Baked sausage with fajita flavours served with a cucumber and jalapeño mayo.

How to prepare
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Make marked slices in the sausage, but do not cut all the way through.
Place the sausage on oven tray.
Insert onion between the slices.
Mix the taco sauce, water, and Fajita Spice Mix, then pour the mixture over the sausage.
Sprinkle the grated cheese over the sausage.
Cock the sausage in the oven, for approximately 15–20 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through and the cheese has melted.
Mix all the ingredients for the jalapeño mayo together.
Serve the sausage with mashed potatoes, grated carrots, and jalapeño mayo.
