Fish Gratin with Chimichurri

Simple but lovely fish gratin flavoured with a chimichurri spice blend.

How to prepare

  1. Set the oven to 200°C.

  2. Prepare a gastro tray with vegetables at the bottom.

  3. Put the fish on top and salt it.

  4. Mix cream with crème fraiche and chimichurri. Then pour the mixture over the fish.

  5. Put in the oven for 15 minutes or until the fish turns golden brown.

  6. Serve with potatoes and vegetables.

Tips!
  • Simply use cooking cream or white roux to reduce the fat level.

  • Add broccoli if you want more veggies!

  • Vary the dish by swapping the white fish for salmon.
