Gochugaru Chicken Tacos
Tacos with gochugaru flavoured chicken, crispy greens and smooth cheese sauce.

3 tbsp rapeseed oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1.5 kg chicken mince
50 ml Gochugaru Chili
20 Santa Maria Tortillas, 6”
1 head of gem lettuce, shredded
1 carrot, julienned
100 g of red cabbage, thinly sliced
300 ml Santa Maria Cheddar Cheese Sauce
1 bunch coriander, chopped
How to prepare
Heat oil in a skillet. Add minced garlic and stir. Add minced chicken and fry at high heat until browned.
Reduce the heat and add the Gochugaru Chili. Add 50 ml during stirring and season with salt. Then put aside.
Heat tortillas in a pan until slightly roasted.
Fill each tortilla with 1 table tbsp of Cheddar Cheese Sauce, then the lettuce, carrot and red cabbage. Finish with the bright red chicken mince and chopped coriander.
