Gochugaru Noodles with Shrimps
Creamy and spicy noodles with fried vannamei shrimps and loads of Korean flavours.
Ingredients
Number of portions
10 bunches of Egg Noodles or Korean Noodles
100 ml rape seed oil
10 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 kg of vannamei shrimps, raw and peeled
100 ml Santa Maria Kimchi Paste
100 g butter
100 ml Santa Maria Gochugaru Chili
400 g baby spinach
250 g scallions, thinly sliced
How to prepare
Boil the noodles according to instructions on the pack. Then rince in cold water and put aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic. Add shrimps and butter. Stir, add kimchi paste, then spinach.
When spinach is getting soft, add the rinsed noodles together with the Gochugaru Chili. Mix everything, add the finely chopped scallions and serve immediately .
