Hummus and Halloumi Wrap

Juicy wrap with the delicious combination of smooth hummus, savoury halloumi and fresh spinach. Totally vegetarian and a perfect lunch option!

Ingredients

10 Santa Maria 10” Tortilla Wrap
500 g hummus
10 romaine lettuce leaves
150 g cucumber, sliced

Filling:
30 g oil
700 g spinach
200 g onion, thin slices
300 g green squash, diced
10 g Santa Maria Mint
10 g Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper
15 g Santa Maria Garlic Granulated
800 g halloumi, cut into chunky sticks

Topping:
300 g Greek yoghurt
30 g Santa Maria Sesame Seeds, roasted
Fresh mint (optional)

How to prepare

  1. Fry the onion in oil and add diced squash.

  2. Add the spinach and seasoning the green filling. Set aside.

  3. Fry the halloumi golden until golden.

  4. Spread hummus over a tortilla bread and add a lettuce leaf.

  5. Stuff with spinach and 2 sticks of halloumi.

  6. Fold a wrap and garnish with yoghurt, sesame seeds and some mint.
