Kale Flakes
Crunchy chips of kale to enjoy as a snack or a component in a dish.
Ingredients

400 g kale
150 ml rapeseed oil
How to prepare
Set the oven to 200°C.
Rinse and dry the kale.
Put it on an oven safe tray and add some oil.
Roast in oven for 8–10 minutes, until it is crispy and golden brown.
Finally, sprinkle some salt on top.
