Carnitas with Pico de Gallo

Small tacos with tender pork and fresh tomato salsa.

How to prepare

Carnitas
  1. Rub the meat with carnitas seasoning

  2. Place the foil in the oven tray and put the meat in the middle.

  3. Pour taco sauce over the meat.

  4. Fold the meat and cook in the oven at 120 degrees for about 2-2,5 hours.

  5. Pull the meat into smaller pieces with the help of two forks.

Pico de Gallo
  1. Chop tomatoes, silver onions, cilantro and jalapeno, finely.

  2. Mix them together and squeeze the lime.

  3. Season with rock salt
