How to prepare

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

  2. Brown the chicken strips in oil.

  3. Add the white cabbage and carrots, and stir-fry quickly over high heat for a few minutes.

  4. Add the eggs and continue stir-frying.

  5. Cut the noodles into smaller pieces and mix them in, then add the Pad Thai sauce.

  6. Continue stir-frying until the mixture is cooked through.

  7. When ready to serve, add the peanuts and season with Tellicherry black pepper.

  8. Garnish with spring onions, coriander, and lime wedges.
