Pak Choi Salad

Crunchy salad with baked carrots, pak choi and sugar snaps.

How to prepare

  1. Set the oven to 180°C.

  2. Cut the carrots into smaller pieces and put them in a gastro tray. Add oil and mix. Roast in the oven for 15–20 minutes, until the carrots are soft.

  3. Meanwhile, cut the pak choi leaves and the sugar snaps into smaller pieces.

  4. Let the carrots cool off a bit, then add wok spice mix, sugar snaps and pak choi leaves. Shuffle around properly. Done.
