Chocolate Pistachio Ice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 dl Paulig Cold Brew coffee concentrate

  • 1 dl milk / oat drink

  • 2 cl pistachio syrup

  • 1 cl chocolate syrup

  • Chocolate whipped cream and crushed pistachio crumbs

Chocolate whipped cream

  • 0.5 liters of whipping cream

  • 0.5 dl Tazza chocolate sauce

  • Cream siphon

  • Siphon cartridge

How to prepare

  1. Fill the glass with ice.

  2. Pour Cold Brew and milk/oat drink into the glass.

  3. Add the syrups.

  4. Top with chocolate whipped cream and crushed pistachios.

Chocolate Whipped Cream

  1. Measure cream and Tazza into the cream siphon.

  2. Add the cartridge and shake a few times, but leave the whipped cream soft.
