Charred chicken served with fresh veggies and habanero cheese sauce in a grilled tortilla.

How to prepare

  1. Soak the skewers, set the oven to 250 °C

  2. Cut the chicken into 3*3 cm pieces, mix with kebab seasoning, salt and oil. Thread the chicken on skewers and roast in the oven for about 15 minutes or grill until they have a nice surface and are cooked through.

  3. Shred the red cabbage, roughly chop the tomato and coriander, thinly slice the red onion. Add the baby spinach. Mix and season with salt and lemon juice

  4. Fill the tortilla with vegetables and chicken skewers, top with habanero cheese sauce.

Tip!

To make this vegetarian, use portabello mushroom instead of chicken.
