Tabbouleh or tabouli with classic ingredients, but with quinoa instead of bulgur.

How to prepare

  1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the pack. Let it cool off.

  2. Dice all the vegetables. Then mix all vegetables with quinoa, lemon juice, mint, and Persillade in a bowl.
