How to prepare

Refried beans
  1. Mix beans with Santa Maria Chili Rub and added lime juice.

  2. Put the mixed beans into a large casserole and heat gentle to a smooth refried filling.

Chipotle fried corns
  1. Fry corn with butter in a pan. Add Santa Maria Chipotle paste.

  2. Keep warm.

Toppings
  1. Prepare all cold condiments and keep refrigerated.

  2. Slice red onion and add Santa Maria Pickling Spice Mix. Leave on for 20 minutes.

Ranch dressing
  1. Mix sour cream with Santa Maria Ranch dressing.

Garnish
  1. Warm the tortilla bread according to instructions on pack, fill with pinto beans cream, lettuce, pickled red onion, white cheese and cocktail tomatoes.

  2. Top with coriander and pumpkin seeds.
