Salmon Temaki with Avocado and Soy Dip
Sushi cones with salmon, avocado slices and a soy dip on the side.

10 sheets of Nori
500 g sushi rice
200 g carrots
1 cucumber
1 head of lettuce
100 ml mayo
3 cm of ginger, peeled
2 g salt
200 g Santa Maria Avocado Slices
150 g salmon
80 g Santa Maria Sauce & Rub Red Chili Ginger
150 ml water
150 ml Japanese soy
150 ml oil
How to prepare
Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package.
Cut the carrots and cucumber into julienne. Wash and pick the salad leaves.
Mix the mayo, grated ginger and salt.
Cut the salmon into thin slices.
Start plating salad, cucumber, carrots, avocado slices and salmon. FIll the nori leaves with rice, vegetables, salmon and ginger mayo.
Mix the Red chili ginger spice mix with water, let it rest for a while then add the soy and oil.
Serve the temakis with the dipping sauce.
