Salmon teriyaki with chilli and lime

For a fresh summer twist, serve with a salad based on mango, avocado and fresh mint.

Ingredients

  • 10 Santa Maria Tortilla 12"

  • 400 g Salmon, marinated in lime juice

  • 20 g Lime juice

  • 20 g Santa Maria Chili&Lime

  • 100 g Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce

  • 150 g Bean sprouts

  • 100 g Spring onions, sliced

  • 200 g Baby sweetcorn

  • 200 g Pepper, diced

How to prepare

  1. Mix all the ingredients, put them on the bread and fold the wrap.

  2. Fold over the filling, rolling to form a wrap. Preferably serve in two pieces.

  3. If a hot wrap is desired: place with folded side down in a sandwich grill / oven tray.
