Salmon teriyaki with chilli and lime
For a fresh summer twist, serve with a salad based on mango, avocado and fresh mint.
Ingredients

10 Santa Maria Tortilla 12"
400 g Salmon, marinated in lime juice
20 g Lime juice
20 g Santa Maria Chili&Lime
100 g Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce
150 g Bean sprouts
100 g Spring onions, sliced
200 g Baby sweetcorn
200 g Pepper, diced
How to prepare
Mix all the ingredients, put them on the bread and fold the wrap.
Fold over the filling, rolling to form a wrap. Preferably serve in two pieces.
If a hot wrap is desired: place with folded side down in a sandwich grill / oven tray.
