Bibimbap with sesame fried egg, pointed cabbage kimchi, pickled cucumber & Korean mayo

Ingredients

Eggs
½ dl Sesame oil
10 eggs
1/2dl Santa Maria Sesame seeds, white
Salt

Kimchi
500g pointed cabbage, cut into cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
15g Santa Maria Kimchi Spice Mix
1 teaspoon Santa Maria Paprika powder

Pickled cucumber
400g cucumber, thinly sliced
25g Santa Maria Pickling Spice Mix

Korean Mayo
200g mayonnaise
50g Santa Maria BBQ Sauce Korean Style

Bowl
10 portions short grain rice
Fresh cilantro
Santa Maria Teriyaki Sauce

How to prepare

Eggs
Heat the oil in a pan on medium-low heat. Sprinkle the sesame seeds all over the pan and toast for about 2 minutes. Crack the eggs and cook on low heat about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with salt.

Kimchi
Mix the spices with the oil, then mix in the cabbage. Let sit minimum 30 minutes.
 
Pickled cucumber
Mix and let sit minimum 30 minutes.

Korean mayo
Mix together.

Assembly
Fill bowls on the bottom with rice. Put kimchi, cucumber and cilantro on the sides and the egg in the middle, top with the mayo and teryaki sauce.
