Hummus and Halloumi Wrap
Juicy wrap with the delicious combination of smooth hummus, savoury halloumi and fresh spinach. Totally vegetarian and a perfect lunch option!

1 Santa Maria 10” Tortilla Wrap
50g Hummus
1 Romaine lettuce leaves
150g Cucumber, sliced
Filling:
3g Oil
70g Spinach
20g Onion, thin slices
30g Courgette diced
1g Santa Maria Steakhouse
1g Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper
1.5g Santa Maria Garlic Granulated
8g Halloumi, cut into chunky sticks
Topping:
30 g Greek yoghurt
3 g Santa Maria Sesame Seeds, roasted
Fresh mint (optional)
How to prepare
Fry onion in oil then add the courgette. When cooked add the spinach, season well and set aside.
Fry the halloumi golden until it’s golden.
Spread hummus over a tortilla wrap and add a lettuce leaf.
Top with the courgette and spinach mix and 2 sticks of halloumi.
Fold a wrap and garnish with yoghurt, sesame seeds and some mint
