But what happens if you twist the classic Gyros with a taste of Indian street food? Welcome to the Indian Gyros! Spiced fried chicken & fries, with a sticky & sweet Mango jalapeño glaze, crunchy Indian slaw and finished with a dribble of pink sauce… awesome!

Ingredients

  • 12” Santa Maria Tortilla Wrap Grilled

  • 100 g Masala spiced fries

  • 50 g Masala slaw

  • 60 g Fried chicken

  • 20 g Mango jalapeño glaze

  • 20 g Pink sauce

  • 2 g Coriander

  • 2 g Bhujia

For Masala slaw

  • 150 g Red cabbage, sliced

  • 150 g Green cabbage, sliced

  • 150 g Carrot, sliced

  • 150 g Red onion, sliced

  • 20 g Coriander, chopped

  • 15 g Santa Maria Pickling Spice

  • 20 g Santa Maria Garam Masala Spice Mix

For Mango jalapeño glaze

  • 200 g Santa Maria Mango Chutney

  • 75 ml Water

  • 20 g Santa Maria Green Jalapeños

For Pink sauce

  • 100 g Plain yoghurt

  • 50 g Tomato ketchup

  • 5 g Mint sauce

  • 1 g Chilli

  • ¼ Lemon

  • Salt

  • 5 g Beetroot powder

How to prepare

  • Warm tortilla and layer fries, slaw and fried chicken

  • Drizzle mango jalapeño glaze, pink sauce on top

  • Garnish with coriander and bhujia
