100 g Garam masala rice
100 g Tikka fries
100 g Fried chicken
100 g Kerala sauce
40 g Masala slaw
2 g Coriander
2 g Bhujia
For Kerela sauce
100 g Red onion, sliced
150 g Mixed peppers, sliced
150 g Fresh tomato, diced
25 g Santa Maria Kerala Spice Mix
400 ml Coconut milk
For Masala slaw
150 g Red cabbage, sliced
150 g Green cabbage, sliced
150 g Carrot, sliced
150 g Red onion, sliced
20 g Coriander, chopped
15 g Santa Maria Pickling Spice
20 g Santa Maria Garam Masala Spice Mix
How to prepare
Start with a base of hot Garam rice, add tikka fries and top with the fried chicken
Smother with Kerala sauce
On the side add slaw and garnish with coriander and bhujia
