How to prepare
Calzone
Use the 12” tortilla cut in thirds.
Cover them with sauce, cheese, the topping of your choice and finish with oregano.
Fold and bake at 175°C.
Pizza Rolls
Use the 10” tortilla.
Cover it with sauce, cheese the topping of your choice and finish with oregano.
Roll, cut in two and bake at 175°C.
Mini Pies
Use the 6” tortilla as a flat pizza base.
Cover it with sauce, cheese the topping of your choice and finish with oregano.
Bake at 175°C.
Tips!
Before you bake it, brush the Roadie Rolls with some beaten egg. Then sprinkle grated parmesan and oregano on top of it.
Offer veggie sticks as simple but likeable (and dippable) sides.
