This is one of our new favourite dishes a fusion between India and Mexico what’s not to like! A soft naan folded like a taco and the Naco was born! Packed full of fresh tastes, vibrant colours and crunchy texture this dish is an incredible starter or main, depending on how hungry you are!

Ingredients

Number of portions
  • 1 Small Naan (130 g)

  • 15 g Mixed lettuce

  • 55 g Fish goujons

  • 25 g Tandoori mayo

  • 15 g Pickled red onion

  • 2 g Coriander

  • 15 g Pomegranate seeds

For Tandoori mayo

  • 100 g Mayonnaise

  • 5 g Santa Maria Tandoori Spice Mix

Picked Red Onion

  • 150 g Red onion sliced

  • 3 g Santa Maria Pickling Spice

How to prepare

  • Warm naan in oven, fold in half like a taco

  • Fill with mixed lettuce and fish goujons

  • Top with tandoori mayo and pickled red onion

  • Garnish with coriander and pomegranate seeds
