Ingredients

  • 1 Brioche burger bun, toasted

  • 25 g Raita yoghurt

  • 40 g Masala slaw

  • 1 Lamb Smash Burger

  • 1 Homemade onion bhaji

  • 25 g Tandoori mayo

  • 25 g Pickled cucumber

For Raita Yoghurt

  • 100 g Plain yoghurt

  • 10 g Santa Maria Raita Seasoning

For Masala slaw

  • 150 g Red cabbage, sliced

  • 150 g Green cabbage, sliced

  • 150 g Carrot, sliced

  • 150 g Red onion, sliced

  • 20 g Coriander, chopped

  • 15 g Santa Maria Pickling Spice

  • 20 g Santa Maria Garam Masala Spice Mix


For Onion Bhaji

  • 200 g Brown onion, sliced

  • 15 g Santa Maria Tikka Masala Spice Mix

  • 10 g Coriander

  • 100 g Gram flour

  • 75 ml Water

  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda

For Tandoori Mayo

  • 100 g Mayonnaise

  • 5 g Santa Maria Tandoori Spice Mix

How to prepare

  • On the burger bun base add raita, slaw, lamb burger (which has been tossed in Tandoori Spice Mix)

  • Top with onion bhaji, tandoori mayo and pickled cucumber

  • Garnish with bhujia
