Burgers Press a thin layer of beef onto the tortillas, all the way to the edge. Fry on high heat, meat side down, flip over, brush the meat with BBQ sauce and put one slice of cheese on top. Top with lettuce and jalapeños. Onion Rings Cut and separate the onion into rings, about 1 cm thick. Mix the dry ingredients. Whisk together egg and milk. Pour in the eggs and milk into the flour mixture and whisk until smooth. Cover the onion first in the wet mixture and then fully cover them in crispy bites. Make sure every bit of onion is covered. Fry in 180 degree oil until golden, about 2-4 min, flip halfway.   Cajun Dipping Sauce Mix all ingredients, refrigerate.
