Roasted Padron Peppers with Chili Rub

Chili-fried padrone peppers that are perfect as a side or a buffet dish.

  • 500 g padron peppers

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 25 g Santa Maria Chili Rub

How to prepare

  1. Fry the padron peppers in oil over high heat until they are nicely coloured.

  2. Add the Chili Rub during last minute in the pan.
