Glögg Au Lait

Glögg or mulled wine can be also prepared with coffee! This beverage is non-alcoholic, our own version of the traditional Christmas drink. Use glögg seasonings and dark coffee with milk!

Ingredients

Number of portions
  • 150 ml brewed Paulig Café Parisien coffee

  • 150 ml milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 2 tsp Santa Maria glögg spice mix

  • 10-20 ml cane sugar syrup

How to prepare

  1. Brew coffee.

  2. Measure the cane syrup into a cup.

  3. Heat up the milk with the glögg spices.

  4. Pour the filter coffee and milk into the cup.
