Tomato Hummus 4-3

Loaded Hummus

Creamy and generous tomato hummus loaded with olives, tomatoes and crumbled cheese.


Number of portions
  • 500 ml ready-made hummus

  • 200 g Santa Maria Taco Sauce

  • 50 ml olive oil

  • 10 g Santa Maria Paprika Powder 

  • 200 g tomatoes, diced

  • 100 g mixed olives, chopped

  • 100 g soft salad cheese, crumbled

  • 20 g parsley, chopped

  • Serve with deep-fried leftover tortillas or Tortilla chips for dipping.

How to prepare

  1. Mix taco sauce and hummus.

  2. Spread the hummus on a generous plate.

  3. Place tomatoes, olives and soft cheese over the hummus dip.

  4. Drizzle olive oil and extra taco sauce over it all.

  5. Sprinkle with paprika powder.

  6. Serve deep-fried tortilla breads or chips for dipping.
