Avocado Rainbow Bowl

500g Fajita Cauliflower
300g Lettuce
300g couscous
300g Beetroot, cubed
400g Tomato, diced
200g Mixed Peppers, sliced
100g Radish, thin sliced
500g Santa Maria Avocado Slices
100g Spring Onion - chopped
Dressing
How to prepare
For the fajita roasted cauliflower season 500g small cauliflower florets with 20g Santa Maria Fajita Seasoning and a little oil.
Roast at 180c for 20 minutes
Serve hot or cold.
Add defrosted Avocado Slices to your Rainbow Bowl.
TOP TIP: We recommend you defrost the slices carefully by putting them in the fridge overnight.
