Chorizo Cheesy Mac

2000 g Macaroni, cooked
1000 g Santa Maria Cheddar Cheese Sauce
150 g cream
250 g Chorizo, sliced
Santa Maria Tellicherry Black Pepper 210 g
200 g Cheese, grated
70 g Santa Maria Crispy Bites Spice Mix
How to prepare
Cook the macaroni for 2 minutes less than packet instructions.
Drain and mix in cheese sauce and cream.
Season and mix through the chorizo.
Place in an oven proof dish and top with cheese and then the crispy bites mix.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
