  • 200g Fries

  • 2g Santa Maria Red Chilli & Ginger

  • 70g Fried chicken

  • 50g Santa Maria Korean BBQ sauce

  • 70g Kimchi slaw

  • 30g Sriracha mayo

  • 5g Santa Maria Wasabi & Sesame

  • Coriander

Sriracha mayo (makes 10 portions):

  • 150 g mayo

  • 150 g Santa Maria Sriracha Sauce

Kimchi (makes 10 portions):

  • 250 g Sliced Red Cabbage

  • 250 g Sliced White Cabbage

  • 150 g Grated Carrots

  • 150 g Red Onion, sliced

  • 15 g Santa Maria Kimchi spice mix

  • Lime juice

  • Chopped coriander

How to prepare

  1. In advance make Kimchi Slaw and Sriracha Mayo.

  2. Cook fries and chicken as per instructions.

  3. Season with Red Chili and Ginger.

  4. Load up the Fries with Chicken, Slaw, Korean BBQ sauce and Sriracha Mayo.

  5. Garnish with Wasabi and Sesame and Coriander.
