2 g Santa Maria Mexican Fajita Seasoning
100 g Chilli beef
10g Santa Maria Red Jalapeños
25g Santa Maria Chipotle sauce
For chilli beef (makes 10 Portions)
800 g Mince beef
35 g Santa Maria Mexican Fajita Seasoning
35 g Santa Maria chipotle paste
250 g Santa Maria salsa
How to prepare
For a super quick chilli con carne fry beef mince in a pan.
After 5 minutes season with fajita and stir well. Finish with chipotle paste and salsa and simmer for 10 minutes.
Deep fry tortilla into a cone shape and put to one side.
Cook fries and season with fajita seasoning
Half fill the cone with fries, top with beef.
Finish with jalapenos, chipotle sauce and coriander.
