  • 1 Santa Maria 10” tortilla

  • 110g Fries

  • 2 g Santa Maria Mexican Fajita Seasoning

  • 100 g Chilli beef

  • 10g Santa Maria Red Jalapeños

  • 25g Santa Maria Chipotle sauce

  • Coriander

For chilli beef (makes 10 Portions)

  • 800 g Mince beef

  • 35 g Santa Maria Mexican Fajita Seasoning

  • 35 g Santa Maria chipotle paste

  • 250 g Santa Maria salsa

How to prepare

  1. For a super quick chilli con carne fry beef mince in a pan.

  2. After 5 minutes season with fajita and stir well. Finish with chipotle paste and salsa and simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Deep fry tortilla into a cone shape and put to one side.

To build:

  1. Cook fries and season with fajita seasoning

  2. Half fill the cone with fries, top with beef.

  3. Finish with jalapenos, chipotle sauce and coriander.
