Sirloin Steak Bibimbap - Korean Classic

Ingredients

100 g Sirloin steak

20g Santa Maria Black Pepper Soy Sauce

60g Rice 1 Egg

TO MAKE KOREAN CARROT:

5g Grated carrot

1g Santa Maria Pickling Spice

1g Santa Maria Chili & Sesame Seasoning Dash of Soy sauce

TO MAKE SOY SPINACH

50g Spinach

0.5g Santa Maria Red Chili Ginger Seasoning Drop Water Dash Soy sauce

TO FINISH

40g Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste

10g Roasted sesame seeds

How to prepare

  1. Cook the rice according to the package.

  2. Grill or fry the sirloin steak whole in a little oil until it is properly browned on both sides. Set aside.

  3. Heat Santa Maria Black Pepper Soy Sauce in a pan, meanwhile cut the grilled meat into thin strips and mix with the hot sauce in the pan.

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add spinach and season. Add water then remove from heat when wilted. Mix with soy sauce.

  5. Place rice in warm deep serving bowls, place carrot and spinach on top of the rice. Add sirloin and finish with the fried egg in the middle. Garnish with sesame seeds.

  6. Serve Santa Maria Fermented Soy & Chili Paste on the side in a small bowl.
