Ingredients

  • 30 ml Tequila Blanco (Altos)

  • 20 ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry

  • 20 ml Cream

  • 30 ml Paulig Cold Brew Concentrate

  • 20 ml Sugar Syrup 1:1

  • 1 Egg

Alcoholfree alternative

  • 60 ml Paulig Cold Brew Concentrate

  • 20 ml Red Milk

  • 20 ml Cream

  • 15 ml AgaveSyrup

  • 2 dash Tabasco

  • 1 Egg

How to prepare

1. Shake all ingredients, but don't use ice.

2. Pour to a glass and garnish with cacao powder.
