Pork Carnitas

Tender pork carnitas ready to be served with your choice of topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Boneless pork neck

  • 50 g Santa Maria Pork Carnitas Seasoning

How to prepare

  1. Rub the meat with the Carnitas Seasoning.

  2. Put the pork neck in an oven tray and cover with tin foil.

  3. Slow cook in oven at 120–140 degrees for approximately 5 hours.

  4. Brake down the meat into smaller pieces using 2 forks.

  5. Reheat the meat by frying it for about 5 minutes in a dry frying pan.
