Coffee Rasberry Rhubarb Cold Brew Tonic

Raspberry & Rhubarb Cold Brew Tonic

A bubbly refreshment that combines cold brew coffee and the flavors of summer.


Number of portions
  • 1 lemon slice squeezed

  • 10 ml vanilla syrup

  • 50 ml Paulig Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

  • 100 ml Rhubarb & raspberry tonic water (for example Fever Tree)

  • Garnish: fresh raspberries, rhubarb swirl or slice of lemon

How to prepare

  1. Half-fill the glass with ice.

  2. Add syrup.

  3. Pour cold brew coffee concentrate and tonic water into the glass and stir.

  4. Garnish with fresh raspberries or rhubarb swirl and slice of lemon.

TIP: If you want to layer the drink, pour the tonic first and then the cold brew coffee gently on top of it.
