Spicy Cold Brew Lemonade
10 ml cardamom-cinnamon syrup*
100 ml Lemonade (e.g. Sprite)
100 ml Paulig Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate
*Cinnamon & cardamom syrup (appr. 10 drinks):
½ teaspoon Santa Maria Cardamom (whole)
1 Santa Maria cinnamon stick
100 ml cane sugar
100 ml water
How to prepare
Fill the glass with ice.
Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate and lemonade into the glass.
Garnish with lemon slices.
*Cinnamon & cardamom syrup:
Place everything into the small pan
Heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved
Lower the heat and leave for 5 minutes
Allow to cool
Remove the spices and move the syrup to clean container. Store in refrigerator and use within a week
