Coffee Spiced Cold Brew Lemon

Spicy Cold Brew Lemonade

Sweet & spicy coffee lemonade.


Number of portions
  • Ice

  • 10 ml cardamom-cinnamon syrup*

  • 100 ml Lemonade (e.g. Sprite)

  • 100 ml Paulig Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate

*Cinnamon & cardamom syrup (appr. 10 drinks):

  • ½ teaspoon Santa Maria Cardamom (whole)

  • 1 Santa Maria cinnamon stick

  • 100 ml cane sugar

  • 100 ml water

How to prepare

  1. Fill the glass with ice.

  2. Add syrup.

  3. Pour the cold brew coffee concentrate and lemonade into the glass.

  4. Stir well.

  5. Garnish with lemon slices.

*Cinnamon & cardamom syrup:

  1. Place everything into the small pan

  2. Heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved

  3. Lower the heat and leave for 5 minutes

  4. Allow to cool

  5. Remove the spices and move the syrup to clean container. Store in refrigerator and use within a week
